About this role:
BG Group is looking for a talented and experienced Landscape Designer with a strong background in luxury villa and swimming pool projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative, functional, and high-end landscape designs from concept through detailed design, while working closely with clients and the project team to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design luxury villa landscapes, gardens, swimming pools, water features, outdoor living areas, pergolas, and other external spaces.
- Develop creative landscape concepts that align with the client's vision, budget, and project requirements.
- Prepare concept designs, master plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, detailed construction drawings, and presentation materials.
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, plants, lighting, and landscape elements for each project.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth project execution.
- Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and revise designs based on client feedback.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve any design-related issues.
- Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Stay up to date with current landscape design trends, sustainable solutions, and luxury outdoor living concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in landscape design.
- Proven experience in designing luxury villas, and swimming pools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential landscape projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Good understanding of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, swimming pool design, and outdoor lighting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
