Job Title: Land Test Team Lead
Reports To: Engineering Manager
Location: Abu Al Abyad Test Range
Role Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of land-based defence testing, including arena, rocket/engine, insensitive munitions, and mine resistance tests. Manage test engineers and technicians, oversee data acquisition, and ensure compliance with safety and defence standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead land test activities and test setups.
- Oversee data acquisition, test execution, and reporting.
- Ensure calibration and readiness of test equipment.
- Lead and develop engineers and technicians.
- Support continuous improvement of testing capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in defence test and evaluation, explosive testing, and data acquisition.
- Knowledge of STANAG, AOP, and UN testing standards.
- Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
