We are currently hiring for an exceptional master community management professional for the role of Lead, Community Management.
The selected candidate will be an outsourced staff under sponsorship of our empaneled consultant.
Job Summary:
The role will be responsible for operational and financial ownership of Qatari Diar real estate portfolio. This position will ensure the long-term preservation of property values, high standard maintenance of infrastructure, and excellent relations among residents, sub-developers and service providers.
The Ideal candidate should be:
- Locally available with valid QID.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, Community/Urban Management, or related field. Professional certification as CMCA, AMS or PCAM are highly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in community, facility or asset management in Qatar/ GCC.
- Strong in-service charge modeling, reserve fund planning, asset management software, and local property laws.
- Should have valid Qatari Driving license.
- Should be fluent in English and Arabic would be a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic and Operational Management:
- Directing and overseeing daily operations related to maintenance, landscaping, security and cleaning of all public areas, roads, and open spaces.
- Developing and executing long term maintenance plans for master community infrastructure.
- Overseeing the transition and handover of common areas from project developers to the community management team.
Financial and Budgetary Control:
- Preparing, presenting and securing approvals for the annual Master community service charge budget.
- Overseeing the calculation, billing and collection of service fees from plot owners and sub-developers.
- Monitoring operational expenditures against budgets, analyze variances, and implement cost saving measures without compromising quality.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement:
- Acting as primary liaison for plot owners, individual residents, commercial tenants, and local government authorities.
- Handling complex complaints, escalations, and disputes between community members or sub-developers.
- Organizing community events, town halls, and communication campaigns to build a cohesive and engaged neighborhood.
Compliance, Rules and Governance:
- Implementing and monitoring Master community declarations, architectural guidelines, and community rules.
- Managing 3rd party service providers, audit their performance, and strictly enforce SLAs.
- Ensuring all operations comply with local real estate laws, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards.
