Al Masaood Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Recruiter to join our Group HR team in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with business leaders, and has a passion for connecting great talent with exciting career opportunities. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions while providing strategic recruitment support to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition through to offer and initiating onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and selection activities.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offers of employment and manage candidate engagement through onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Analyse recruitment data and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Education and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
