Job Description
- Prepare, review, and execute agreements (NDAs, service agreements, leases), maintain contract records, and coordinate notarization and registration with authorities.
- Assist with trade license renewals, board materials, resolutions, powers of attorney, and ensure compliance with company formation regulations.
- Review and translate legal documents in English and Arabic, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Coordinate with government departments, free zone authorities, and external counsel for legal formalities and submissions.
- Conduct research on laws and regulations, prepare summaries, and provide recommendations to support case preparation and management reports.
- Maintain legal archives, track invoices and budgets, manage deadlines, and provide administrative assistance to the CLO and legal team.
The Successful ApplicantWhat's on Offer
- 5 - 10 years as a paralegal or legal assistant in a corporate legal department, law firm, or in-house team, preferably in real estate or corporate sectors.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Skilled in legal research, drafting, and document management systems.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of liaising with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software tools.
