Job Summary:

As a Lifestyle Manager, you will deliver a high-touch, personalised service for our members. You will anticipate needs, secure exclusive access, and cultivate strong relationships, both internally and externally-to exceed expectations and drive renewals. This role is central to maintaining Quintessentially's position as the global leader in luxury lifestyle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build deep, face-to-face relationships with members, understanding their personal and professional needs
  • Serve as a key support across all aspects of their lifestyle, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and renewal
  • Deliver proactive, tailored service and choreograph each member's annual experience
  • Be the main point of contact -available and responsive within working hours
  • Expand your network across the region by attending events and fostering supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless service and valuable introductions
  • Stay ahead of trends and maintain an up-to-date, robust contact book
  • Gather regular feedback to continually refine the member experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Proven experience working with UHNWIs and understanding their expectations
  • Background in Executive Assistance, Lifestyle or Account Management, or Family Office
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs and deliver intuitive, bespoke solutions
  • Discreet and experienced in handling confidential information
  • Skilled in managing complex day-to-day and travel itineraries
  • Calm and courteous under pressure, with strong conflict management ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
