Industry: Oil & Gas – Lifting Operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 30 years of age
- Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in lifting operations in Oil & Gas (Offshore/Onshore), including 5+ years in a similar position as Appointed Person
- Proven competency and hands-on experience in preparing and executing lifting plans
- Must be able to write lifting plans, supervise and execute critical lifts
- Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing preparation
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, problem-solving, IT skills, and effective communication
- Familiarity with international lifting standards, and experience in Change Management
- Must hold either:
- LEEA Appointed Person Certification, or
- 4-day Appointed Person Course Certification from an ADNOC Offshore Approved training institute.
