The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting dispatch planning, overseeing bag scanning and reconciliation processes, and coordinating with riders and van drivers to ensure efficient and accurate logistics operations.

• Scan inbound and outbound bags to ensure accurate tracking and system updates
• Prepare orders for dispatch in line with operational schedules
• Coordinate rider arrivals and support efficient loading processes
• Verify order reconciliation prior to handover to delivery teams
• Track, update, and log delivery statuses to ensure real-time visibility
• Support the handling and resolution of failed deliveries, including reattempt coordination

What You'll Need

• Need1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution
• Comfortable using scanning systems and performing data entry tasks
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to operations
