Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for warranty, non-warranty, and maintenance contract projects.

·  Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize service requests to ensure timely issue resolution.

· Monitor maintenance performance and verify equipment functionality after repairs to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

· Conduct site visits to inspect maintenance quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications and company standards.

· Review technical maintenance reports, analyze recurring failures, and recommend corrective actions.

· Handle customer maintenance complaints and coordinate timely resolution with relevant departments.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field

· 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or after-sales service.

· Previous experience in kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems maintenance is highly preferred.

· Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies.

· Good understanding of maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

· Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
