Job Purpose
To effectively & successfully execute college / university students Automotive Entrepreneurship Program. Deliver Sales, Service and Parts Managers Management training programs.
Additionally, this position requires a highly qualified individual to support AWR's corporate CSR commitment to the training and development of UAE college / university students in Automotive Business.
Description
- Aligning with key stakeholders across AWR Automotive functions and respective college / university for training strategic projects planning and execution
- Develop structured automotive entrepreneurship training modules tailored for college / university students.
- Integrate real-world automotive business challenges, case studies, and startup simulations.
- Align program content with AWR Automotive business focus and innovation strategy.
- Guide students through the entrepreneurial journey from concept to execution.
- Deliver trainings to college / university students, Sales, Service and Parts Managers by following AWR standards.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Identify skill gaps and training requirements for Sales, Service and Parts Managers through surveys, interviews, skills assessment, and performance data analysis.
- Design and update training modules based on automotive industry trends, OEM guidelines, and performance gaps.
- Facilitate workshops on leadership, customer experience, sales process optimization, and service excellence.
- Use interactive methods to engage participants and ensure knowledge retention.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- Disseminate information, monitor, and communicate on reports.
- Liaise with OEMs, dealership leadership, and internal teams to align training objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning for talent development and operational excellence.
- Make recommendations for process improvements.
- Administration of Learning management System & e- Learning content development.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology such as AI / ML to deliver cost-effective digital learning solutions, enhancing Training outcomes and driving innovation.
- Stays abreast of new developments, methods and techniques in the training field.
- Ensure all the required administrative documents and reports related to training and development of are updated.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical / automobile engineering or equivalent
- MBA in Human Resources / Operations / Business analytics or equivalent
Work Experience
- 10+ years experience in the automobile / Training and development.
- Previously worked as Service / workshop Manager in reputed organizations.
- Proven experience in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and managing training programs, preferably in the automotive industry.
