Senior Manager - Customer Care| MAF- Retail | Egypt Head Office

Role Summary

The Senior Manager - Customer Care and Services is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the after sales services including the distribution of products to the customer. The role holder is also responsible for managing customer queries and solving problems while ensuring high quality service.


  • Participate in the creation and establishment of the customer care and service policy and procedures and ensure compliance with the set standards
  • Analyse customer complaints and propose effective actions to resolve and reduce future complaints
  • Audit and report on customer service levels by identifying improvement opportunities at all customer facing units
  • Oversee the coordination of any deliveries to customers after sales
  • Ensure the quality of services offered to customers as per internal standards and work to improve on the existing standards
  • Actively monitor the selected service provider to deliver the mystery shopper project
  • Actively monitor and support the implementation of new and existing marketing projects and other customer service initiatives


Minimum Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Additional certificates related to customer service is preferred

Minimum Experience

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year in the region
