Job Description:
We are seeking a UAE National for the role of Manager – Environmental Awareness to lead environmental awareness campaigns and initiatives, drive community engagement, and support the growth of environmental education programs.
Accountabilities
- Lead and deliver environmental awareness programs and initiatives aligned with BEEAH's strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage partnerships with government entities, schools, universities, corporates, and community organizations to expand program reach and impact.
- Manage environmental awards, competitions, and awareness campaigns, including planning, execution, sponsorships, and event ceremonies.
- Oversee program budgeting, resource planning, and sponsorship development to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Support Services, BEEAH Group, and business verticals, to enhance program visibility and engagement.
- Design and develop educational content, learning resources, workshops, presentations, and awareness sessions for diverse audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and represent BEEAH at environmental events and community initiatives.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in environment or related field.
- Min 5-8 years of relevant experience in training, environmental awareness, or related roles.
- Responsible for managing Environmental awareness program, awareness campaigns, stakeholder relationships, and direct supervision of Education Officers.
Knowledge & Skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Analytical and research skills; Communication and listening skills; public speaking and presentation.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SAP).
