Job Description

Company Description

El Nozha for Contracting specializes in delivering comprehensive construction and interior design solutions tailored to diverse client needs. The company provides end-to-end services, from new builds to complete interior redesigns, ensuring each project reflects the client's individual style and functional requirements. An experienced team combines local market knowledge with modern design principles to create high-quality, practical living and working spaces. With a strong focus on innovation and client satisfaction, El Nozha is dedicated to turning visions into reality with precision and reliability.

Role Description

The Marketing Content Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at our New Cairo office in the Banks Complex, Madinaty. This is a high-ownership, all-in-one position for a driven, self-motivated marketer who will single-handedly own El Nozha's entire marketing function — from strategy all the way to execution. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role with wide-ranging daily responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes full initiative, and can juggle multiple priorities at once without waiting to be told what to do.

Day-to-day, you will build and manage content calendars; write, edit, and publish social media posts, website copy, promotional materials, and project case studies; and plan, coordinate, and often capture photo and video content on-site with our engineering and design teams. You will manage all of the company's digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and website), plan and run paid advertising campaigns, define and target the right audiences, and craft the brand's voice across Arabic and English. You will monitor engagement and campaign performance, optimize based on results, and continuously push ideas that grow brand awareness and attract high-end clients. You will report directly to management and work closely with the design and project teams to translate real projects into compelling stories.

This is not a narrow, single-task role — the right person will wear many hats, move quickly.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in marketing content creation, including writing, editing, and storytelling for both digital and print channels.
  • Proven experience owning content strategy end-to-end: developing content calendars, managing multiple channels, and aligning messaging with branding and business objectives.
  • Hands-on proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), basic SEO, and digital marketing practices.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and running paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads), including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking to maximize reach and lead generation.
  • Ability to coordinate and, where needed, personally capture photo and video content on-site, and to edit it into polished, on-brand material.
  • Comfortable using content creation tools (Canva, basic Photoshop/Lightroom, simple video editing such as CapCut/Premiere) and familiar with AI-assisted tools.
  • A strong eye for premium, high-end branding — able to distinguish a luxury brand aesthetic from ordinary promotional content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English (essential for working with local high-end clients, architects, and designers).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a heavy, varied workload and multiple deadlines in a demanding on-site environment.
  • A true self-starter who takes ownership, works independently, and collaborates closely with construction, design, and management teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field; experience in construction, real estate, or interior design is a strong plus.
