Marketing Intern

Aventus is one of the GCC's fastest-growing recruitment and talent advisory businesses. We are looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Intern to support our content, new-business and event activities.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and publish social content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Support content planning, copywriting and article development.
• Assist with pitch decks, proposals, RFPs and new-business materials.
• Support the planning and delivery of marketing and client events.
• Track content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing, communication and organisational skills.
• An interest in social media, content creation and marketing.
• Basic video-editing skills and familiarity with Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools.
• AI fluency is a plus, including ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Studio.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
