Drub Media is a creative and content-focused marketing agency working across premium fragrance and cosmetics brands in UAE. Our work spans influencer marketing, Ad campaign shoot, mall activations, booth design, brand launches, and earned media across the UAE and GCC.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to support our brand accounts day-to-day. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager across live campaigns, getting hands-on exposure to how a fragrance and beauty brand is actually run in market — not just observing, but contributing.
What You'll Do
- Support influencer marketing campaigns: creator outreach, content tracking, performance reporting
- Assist with mall activation and booth logistics, including on-ground coordination
- Coordinate photoshoots — scheduling, briefs, and asset organization
- Draft outreach for press and earned media placements
- Help prepare client-facing decks, reports, and campaign trackers
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends across the fragrance/beauty space
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written English; Arabic is a plus but not required
- Comfortable with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and basic tools like Canva or Google Workspace
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple brand accounts at once
- Genuine interest in fragrance, beauty, or FMCG marketing
