Role Description

We're seeking aMarketing Managerto lead marketing efforts for both Loomistar and our diverse client portfolio. You'll develop and implement marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth for the agency and our clients.

You'll manage marketing teams, coordinate cross-functionally, and create compelling content tailored to different brands and audiences. This role demands innovative thinking, a passion for trends, and the ability to lead teams toward achieving ambitious marketing goals.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for Loomistar and client brands
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, SEO, and paid channels
  • Manage and inspire the marketing team while coordinating with client-facing departments
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Create compelling content and shape brand strategies for multiple clients
  • Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Qualifications
  • Strategic Marketing, Market Analysis, and Campaign Planning skills
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
  • Proven Communication, Leadership, and Team Management abilities
  • Content Development, Brand Strategy, and Creative Thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in an agency or multi-brand environment with a strong portfolio
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple client accounts
