Job Description

Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for Partner and Marketing Manager for one of our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the company's technology products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B/B2C technology markets, digital marketing strategies, and emerging industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Lead campaigns for product launches, software solutions, or IT services to increase market penetration.

Manage digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media.

Oversee content development such as case studies, white papers, blogs, videos, and thought-leadership pieces.

Drive lead generation programs and collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion rates.

Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Plan and execute events, webinars, and participation in technology exhibitions and trade shows.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).

58 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the technology sector.

Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and digital marketing strategies.

Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle).

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
