We've delivered incredible revenue growth for our clients and consistently outperform established competitors - all through word-of-mouth because our work is that good.

We're revenue obsessed entrepreneurs who put our money where our mouth is. Through Pieo Next, we take equity stakes in the businesses we scale. When we say we're invested in success, we literally are.

Here's where we are today : we're scaling fast, demand is outpacing capacity, and we need someone who gets it. Someone who can own the operational excellence that lets us focus on what we do best - driving results that matter.

The Role: Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Dubai (remote considered for exceptional talent)

What We Actually Need

We need someone to own the engine while we build the rocket ship. You'll be our operational backbone across three critical areas:

Client Success & Reporting - Take ownership of our weekly client reports using Looker Studio across all platforms. Handle client communication about performance and results. Make sure everything's perfectly organized for us to present the big strategic wins. Spot opportunities and coordinate follow-through.

Operations & Systems - Build the processes that let us scale without chaos. Manage our growing team of designer and content editor, with more coming fast. Create systems for tracking projects, deadlines, and deliverables. Remove bottlenecks before they become problems.

Strategic Coordination - Handle new client onboarding seamlessly. Coordinate between team members. Support our proposals and strategy presentations. Help us work smarter while we focus on driving results.

Who You Are

You've got 2-3 years in marketing operations, agencies, or client facing roles. You understand Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and analytics well enough to have intelligent conversations and spot opportunities, but you don't need to be the strategist - that's our job.

You're the type who sees chaos and immediately starts building systems. You document everything naturally. You catch errors others miss. When something breaks, your first move is to solve it, not escalate it. You can communicate with clients about performance updates and represent our work professionally.

Most importantly, you're hungry. You work hard because you want to build something exceptional. You suggest improvements, test what works, and remove barriers instead of creating them. You want to be part of something that's going places, not just collect a paycheck.
