Marketplace & E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and other online marketplaces.
• Create, maintain, and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with marketplace standards.
• Develop and manage A+ Content/Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Optimize product visibility through keyword research, SEO, and search ranking strategies.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns, including keyword bidding, budget management, and campaign performance.
• Monitor and improve key advertising metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Analyze marketplace performance using platform reports and Excel, providing actionable insights to improve sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure product availability to minimize stock-outs.
• Manage pricing, promotions, deals, and marketplace campaigns to maximize sales performance.
• Support Brand Registry activities, intellectual property protection, and unauthorized seller monitoring.
• Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and customer service teams to execute marketplace growth strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and marketplace KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on marketplace or e-commerce experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
• Demonstrated success in product listing creation, content optimization, advertising campaigns, and sales growth.
• Experience within FMCG, grocery, retail, or other fast-moving consumer goods categories is preferred.
