Job Description / Responsibility
Mechanical Maintenance Technician in a Reputed Company in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities & Context
- Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled inspections to prevent equipment failure.
- Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing electrical, mechanical, and other issues.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining safety standards, repairing structural elements, and managing hazardous materials.
- System Monitoring: Operating and troubleshooting systems.
- Reporting: Keeping detailed logs of maintenance work and repair costs.
- Maintenance & Inspection: Conduct routine checks, lubricate parts, and identify wear and tear to prevent machine failures.
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions and fix mechanical components like bearings, motors, and hydraulic systems.
- Installation & Assembly: Set up new machinery, including assembling parts and ensuring proper alignment, based on technical drawings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and compliance checklists.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety regulations (e.g., Lockout/Tagout) while operating tools or handling hazardous equipment.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Skills Required: Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanics, mechanical maintenance, Mechanical Technician
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
