Job Description

Join us as a Senior Engineer leading mechanical systems technical execution from concept to completion. You'll own technical solutions across HVAC, structural engineering, and integrated mechanical systems—ensuring every project meets customer expectations on cost, time, and quality.

What will you do

  • Own technical scope for mechanical systems projects from award through closure, ensuring delivery excellence
  • Lead technical teams through design engineering, supplier coordination, implementation, and testing phases
  • Identify technical risks and interfaces early, managing mitigation strategies and stakeholder communication
  • Deliver final technical solutions that meet customer requirements and project commitments across all dimensions

  • Decision Making — advanced level; resolving technical ambiguities and guiding project direction independently
  • Risk Assessment — advanced level; identifying technical risks early and implementing mitigation strategies

  • HVAC System Design — intermediate level; specifying heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for complex projects
  • Mechanical Design — intermediate level; developing structural frames, skids, and pre-fabricated building solutions
  • Project Management — intermediate level; coordinating technical activities and resources across project lifecycle
  • Technical Documentation — intermediate level; producing specifications and reports that support execution and compliance
