Job Description / Responsibility
Mechatronics engineers design, develop, and maintain intelligent electromechanical systems by integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components. Their core responsibilities include building automation solutions, developing robotic prototypes, and creating control systems
- System Design & Integration: Using CAD and simulation software to design mechanical parts, electrical circuits, and integrate sensors or actuators
- Automation & Robotics: Developing code (using PLCs, microcontrollers, or real-time software) to allow machines to operate autonomously or perform automated manufacturing tasks
- Prototyping & Testing: Building sample models, running diagnostic tests, and validating system performance against specific technical and safety parameters
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identifying faults, tuning controllers (like PID controllers), and optimizing machinery for better performance, safety, and cost reduction.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Drafting technical specifications, maintenance manuals, and collaborating closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor`s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of automation, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), instrumentation, and control systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and sharp problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
