Job description:
- Provide high-quality communication and support in both Italian and English
- Attend remote training sessions and team meetings as required
- Maintain professional appearance and workspace during video interactions
- Ensure consistent internet connectivity and technology readiness
- Follow company guidelines, workflows, and quality standards
- Handle assigned tasks efficiently while meeting performance targets
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Demonstrate adaptability and readiness to learn new tools and processes
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Laptop: Core i5 10th generation and above (or its equivalent in AMD or Mac)
- USB headset (small preferred)
- Webcam 720 or 1080
- Ethernet connection
- 10mbps download speed and 5mbps upload speed
- Training is provided
