  • Promote and sell the company's medical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, purchasing departments, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assigned accounts and achieve the required daily visit target.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Present product features, clinical benefits, and competitive advantages to healthcare professionals.
  • Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely order closure.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide regular market intelligence reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM system.
  • Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events when required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or any relevant Life Sciences discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in promoting medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the assigned territory and customer network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Good command of English.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
