Job description:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, pumps, motors, lighting systems, and HVAC equipment.
• Inspect MEP systems regularly and report faults or abnormalities.
• Carry out plumbing works including pipe repairs, drainage, and water supply maintenance.
• Monitor generators, UPS systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and compressors.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service reports.
• Support emergency breakdown maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments during maintenance works.
