Role Description The Middle & High School English Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The coordinator oversees the English curriculum for middle and high school, ensuring alignment with school standards, international best practices, and the Balanced Approach philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding English teachers in planning and delivering lessons, reviewing and updating curriculum documents, and supporting the integration of reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills across grade levels. The role involves organizing and coordinating English-related events and activities, monitoring student progress through assessments and data analysis, and providing instructional coaching and feedback to teachers. The coordinator collaborates with school leadership, participates in professional meetings, leads training sessions for the English department, and maintains regular communication with colleagues and, when needed, families to support student learning.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, guardians, and colleagues.
