MS-Exchange and AD Expert
Urgent requirement for MS-Exchange and AD Expert Riyadh on a 1-year contract renewable for a major IT Vendor.
Responsibilities:
Planning, installing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Exchange server systems
Monitor, document and report on system utilization and capacity
Monitor virus and spam filtering statistics and success rates
Resolve escalated email routing, connectivity, permissions and filtering support issues
Integrating with already deployed application
Document processes and procedures
Monitor backups and perform periodic test restores
Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems
Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations
Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues
Configure and support DNS for new domain
Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents
Continually seek opportunities to improve our existing AD and Exchange architecture
Work cross functional with other teams to drive initiatives
Manage file sharing permissions to monitor mailbox quotas/space and also to check where the email has stuck and made sure that the email reaches its destination
Monitor each and every part of the operating system like checking the disk space at regular intervals, checking the software versions.
Administers large deployments of Exchange environments and messaging systems, including MS Active Sync (handheld devices), Active Directory, IIS, Spam/Anti-virus filtering, and Clustering
Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve non-deliveries, and perform message tracking and record status/findings in daily operations log
Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches and hot fixes on MS-Exchange
Perform change management, problem management and incident correlation on re-occurring issues
Qualifications:
Advanced certification as an MCSE or MCITP is essential.
Minimum of 4 year's experience in MS-Exchange and AD
Up-to-date with trends and developments of MS-Exchange
