Aspire Manpower Services is hiring an experienced Network Administrator for deployment with a prestigious UAE Government entity in Abu Dhabi
.The selected candidate will support day-to-day network and infrastructure operations across Linux and Microsoft Windows environments. The role will also focus on infrastructure automation, DevSecOps, system monitoring, security hardening, patch management, and operational reporting
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esManage, maintain, and support Linux-based and Microsoft Windows server environment
- s.Implement and support DevSecOps practices across the development lifecycle, including build, testing, deployment, and CI/CD processe
- s.Design and implement infrastructure provisioning and standardization framework
- s.Develop automation scripts and frameworks using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python, or similar technologie
- s.Implement and manage centralized monitoring, logging, and alerting solution
- s.Develop operational dashboards and prepare monthly system performance, availability, and service report
- s.Perform operating system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security baseline enforcemen
- t.Manage system configurations, software patches, upgrades, and infrastructure lifecycle activitie
- s.Troubleshoot network, server, system performance, and infrastructure-related issue
- s.Provide after-hours or weekend support during emergencies, approved maintenance, or change activitie
- s.Prepare technical documentation, operating procedures, and infrastructure report
- s.Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for the client's internal technical team
- s.Ensure all infrastructure activities comply with organizational security policies and service management standard

Required Qualifications and Experie
- nceMinimum of 5 years of experience in network, server, or infrastructure administrati
- on.Strong hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, including RHEL, CentOS, or Ubun
- tu.Strong experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environmen
- ts.Practical knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernet
- es.Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible and Terrafo
- rm.Proficiency in Bash, Shell, or Python scripti
- ng.Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar platfor
- ms.Knowledge of CIS benchmarks, security hardening, vulnerability scanning, and remediation practic
