About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Off - plan Property Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing, advising clients on market conditions and trends, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Show properties to clients and answer their questions
• Negotiate s on behalf of clients
• Prepare and manage contracts
• Close sales and leasing transactions
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai
• Experience in sales and leasing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Sales
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai
• MUST ESTATE EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI (MIN YR)
