We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming workplace. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can juggle multiple responsibilities, support staff, and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and records
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize company events
- Handle invoices, expense reports, and basic budgeting support
- Ensure a safe, clean, and productive office environment
- Act as the main point of contact for internal staff and external partners
- Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
