Ensures on a daily basis that all technicians are assigned to a site.
Ensure parts & material orders are placed in support of timely and cost efficient execution
Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries. Passes on all quote related questions to the Market Manager or the Application team, as appropriate.
Ensure data entry and reporting for all relevant execution data.
Handles all incoming customer calls and inquiries and adapts scheduling accordingly. Dispatch calls if needed. Escalates customer issues as appropriate. Communicates action plans to the customer.
Ensures consistent and daily schedule communication with the teams and follows up on activities & tasks performed to ensure completion.
Places orders for materials, parts, tools and subcontractors. Ensures on time part delivery to job site.
Collect daily feedback on execution (checklists, timesheets, expenses, reports) and ensures all relevant are entered into
SAP systems & tool. Provides regular consolidated reports to the Market Manager.
Ensure that all execution data (time sheets, expenses, delivery plans are entered into SAP systems & tools.
Overlooks service vehicles assigned to the location, as and when needed (e.g. mileage tracking, maintenance, fuel costs, etc.).
Support the team technically to solve the site issue.
Prepare the month sales forecast and highlight the Risk and Opportunities..
In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
