Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager with a strong background in Accounts and Finance or Sales to oversee and coordinate our Dubai operations with on-ground factory teams based in Africa. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, financial monitoring, and operational alignment between both locations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the central coordination point between Dubai office and African factory operations.
Monitor and follow up on accounts receivables, and related reconciliations.
Liaise with finance and commercial teams to ensure timely collections, accurate billing, and documentation flow.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions.
Oversee operational compliance and alignment of SOPs between locations.
Provide regular updates and dashboards to senior management on financial and operational performance.
Ensure smooth flow of communication and documentation between teams across geographies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations or related field; professional certifications preferred.
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations management.
Strong understanding of financial statements, receivables management, and operational controls.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience working with cross-border teams is a plus.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
