Role Summary

Responsible for the overall management, governance, and performance of the Musaned Training Platform, ensuring compliance, quality, and growth of training services. The role acts as the platform owner, overseeing providers, operations, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all operations of the Musaned Training Platform.
  • Define and enforce onboarding, approval, and quality standards for training providers.
  • Oversee verification of providers (CR, legal status, compliance).
  • Ensure quality and consistency of all published training programs and content.
  • Lead communication and engagement with training providers and partners.
  • Monitor platform performance, KPIs, and user experience.
  • Drive growth of training providers and programs on the platform.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Accreditation, Marketing, MHRSD).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and Musaned governance requirements.
  • Identify and implement platform enhancements and new services (e.g., training, assessments).
  • Manage and guide the Operations Senior Officer (and team if expanded).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 610 years of experience in operations or platform management.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in training, digital platforms, or government programs is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
