Job responsibilities
- Plan manufacturing and procurement processes for in house production to ensure the material required to make products are in stock and available
- Project Material for PCBA, RF Components, Cables, Harnesses, Mechanics
- Project Manage lead and drive procurement projects across the group
- Gather date from R&D and sells in order to build forecast and simulations plans for products
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement in planning and distribution on a global level
- Track and follow up global operations planning KPI's
- Managing ERP and create Database reports
- Inventory quality management (healthy Inventory) and stock reconciliation. Minimize overstock/ short dates stock issues
- Compliances, risk, End of Life items, last buy, obsolete items, Products Lifecycle and communication with R&D for alternative solutions
- Maintaining rolling forecast plan including quarterly statistics on sales, inbound receiving, Safety Stock and months of holding inventory
- Define the global planning methodology to support the team's goals
- Plan and control stock levels and supplies
- Work and lead in a cross functional environment with local and global partners
- Risk assessments, identify and handle shortages and delays
- Implement Business Processes and Infrastructures
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years of Experience in a High-Tech organization
- A good understanding of Operational Procedures
- Experience with Business Processes implementations
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP or any ERP system would be a distinct advantage

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent with the ability to influence others
- Ability to analyze and understand raw Data
- Familiar with procumbent process - Advantage
