Job Summar

yWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Specialist to provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, and related modules. The role is responsible for day-to-day application support, system enhancements, change management, implementation, and ensuring optimal system performance while meeting business and service level requirements

es• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications throughout the implementation lifecycle and post-production suppor

t.• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud and collaborate closely with the ERP support tea

m.• Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud capabilitie

s.• Conduct functional and technical design workshops with business stakeholder

s.• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements and document system configuration

s.• Identify functional gaps and recommend or develop appropriate solutions and extension

s.• Develop and support Fusion Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and business reporting requirement

s.• Advise business users on system capabilities, risks, process improvements, and solution impact

s.• Prepare and support functional testing, validation scripts, UAT, and third-party system integration

s.• Coordinate with technical teams for the development of reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and integrations (RICEW

).• Monitor and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) through Oracle Support and follow up on issue resolutio

n.• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceDesk Plus, ensuring compliance with defined SLA

s.• Support change management activities, system upgrades, enhancements, and production deployment

s.• Prepare regular status reports and communicate project updates to management and business stakeholder

s.• Ensure adherence to IT governance, change management processes, and service delivery standard
