Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in both Cloud and EBS to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions, with a focus on Cloud and EBS modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for clients in Egypt
- Gather business requirements and design solutions that meet client needs
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS modules to meet client requirements
- Provide guidance and training to clients on best practices and system functionality
- Participate in project planning and management activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS
- Keep up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS updates and new features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Oracle HCM implementations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS implementations and support
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Self-Service
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS integrations and data conversions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS certifications are a plus
