Key Responsibilities
- :Oversee the complete operational lifecycle of patient transfer and medical assistance cases from referral to completion
- .Ensure timely coordination with hospitals, medical teams, transportation providers, and other stakeholders
- .Monitor case progress, identify operational risks, and resolve escalations promptly
- .Allocate cases and resources based on operational priorities and team capacity
- .Review operational documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before case execution
- .Monitor daily operational performance and ensure timely updates are communicated to stakeholders
- .Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
- .Produce operational reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for management review
- .Support business continuity planning and emergency response activities
- .Build and maintain professional relationships with government authorities, healthcare providers, airlines, and strategic partners
- .Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
- .Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization

Requiremen
- t:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Hospital Management, or a related fiel
- d.2–4 years of experience in patient coordination, medical assistance, healthcare operations, hospital administration, or medical touris
- m.Experience coordinating medical transport, travel assistance, or patient services is highly preferre
- d.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environmen
- t.Familiarity with healthcare regulations and medical transport procedure
