Payroll & Sales and Distribution Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for payroll solutions.

Build and manage partnerships with corporates, financial institutions, and distribution partners.

Identify new channels to expand product reach within the payroll ecosystem.

Business Development

Establish relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients, banks, and fintech partners.

Identify opportunities to integrate payroll solutions with other financial services products.

Support strategic initiatives aimed at increasing market share.

Operational Oversight

Ensure efficient operational processes for payroll-related services.

Monitor product performance and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across sales, operations, compliance, and product.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure all payroll solutions comply with regulatory requirements and financial industry standards.

Work with Compliance and Risk teams to maintain adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.

610 years of experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.

Proven experience in payroll solutions, payments, or financial product management.

Strong understanding of sales distribution channels and product growth strategies.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in payroll platforms, payment systems, or financial ecosystems.

Background in product growth, fintech partnerships, or digital financial services.

Experience working within regulated financial environments
