Job Description

Saudi Payroll Specialist

1. Job Objective:

1.1 Payroll Operator calculates and distributes payroll to employees and provides an efficient, accurate,

responsive, and professional Payroll including the bonus, advance payment, and final settlement.

2. Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:

2.1 Detect training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.

2.2 Organize training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.

2.3 Develop Build an annual training program and prepare teaching plans

2.5 Create and manage the production of classroom handouts instructional materials aids and manuals.

3. Education/Licensure:

3.1 Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Payroll / Finance qualification, Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Business Administration.

4. Professional Experience:

2-3 years of experience in a similar position of Payroll within a multinational company.

4.1.1 knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized ORACLE or SAP systems Familiarity with HR and administrative duties.

4.1.2 Ability to produce and analyse data/reports for monitoring and management of payroll information (e.g., Excel spreadsheets at intermediate level).

4.1.3 Team player.

4.1.4 Excellent written/oral communication skills.

4.1.5 Ability to act on own initiative and meet deadlines.

4.1.6 Ability to work with little supervision, using own initiative.
