As a Performance Engineer - Drilling Services, you will work closely with customers to create custom performance reports to identify performance opportunities. The Performance Engineer supports customers via phone and email support and supervises operations team and all supporting roles.

As a Performance Engineer - Drilling Services, you will be responsible for:

-Analyzes the performance of the drilling rigs based on system measurements.

-Uses the system to create custom reports and analyze drilling data and identify performance improvement opportunities.

-Prepare and deliver various demos.

-Conduct value/performance analysis.

-Present webinars and technical presentations.

-Responsible for driving quality and process improvement.

-Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies in operations to management.

-Client follow-up regarding extended issues and resolutions will be a key focus.

-Create and document launch and learns and additional training material.

-Perform deep dives on customer driven issues and concerns.

-Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to improve Standard Operating Procedures to increase workflow and efficiency.

-Build customer dashboards and support customers building their own dashboards.

-Assist in training of all new employees.

-Follow communication protocols for various customers to resolve issues.

-Collaborate with our Operations Automation team to improve efficiencies through automation and specialization.

-Ability to work remotely as needed.

To be successful in this role you will:

.Have a bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university.

.Have minimum of 4 years experience within the drilling industry.

.Prior experience as a Directional Driller (DD) and/or MWD.

.Ability to work an on-call schedule.

.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

.Ability to work well with teams.

.Analytical thinking skills.
