Planning and Project Controls Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning and Project Controls Engineer based in Riyadh. The individual will develop and oversee detailed project schedules, monitor project performance, and provide cost management and control. Responsibilities include analyzing project data, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. The role will also require the preparation of progress reports and constant collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved effectively.

• Proficiency in Planning & Scheduling with experience in creating detailed project plans
• Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management for optimizing project budgets
• Expertise in Project Control and overseeing project performance
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify risks, and propose solutions
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury finishes or construction materials industry is a plus
