The opportunity
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking planning manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi.
The role will be reporting to stakeholders, internal and external. To work closely with the client, sub-consultants and main contractors.
This opportunity is for a Saudi national only.
Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing the performance of the baseline schedule and the maintenance and control.

  • Collecting and interpreting schedule data and providing output to the programme and project teams.

  • Monitoring actual performance against the schedule to identify delay, early and late completion.

  • Interfacing with the project technical staff to define change to schedules and identification of variances from the original plan.

  • Identifying and evaluating associated schedule, resource conflicts and potential cost impacts and issues.

  • Working closely with the contractors, evaluating their schedules and actively manage the schedules with them to ensure a successful outcome.

  • Managing and maintaining schedules on a variety of projects with project managers at the same time.

  • Managing schedules at various phases from feasibility through to handover to client.

  • Developing of scheduling reports, together with the planning and controls leads.

  • Collecting and interpreting schedule data and providing output to the programme and project teams.

  • Interfacing with the project technical staff to define change to schedules and identification of variances from the original plan.

About you
You have a relevant degree qualification, master's preferred. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual clients and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
