Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the tracking, analysis, and reporting of Takamol Holding's project and program portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The role involves monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring governance compliance, supporting resource allocation, and providing insights to enable data-driven decision-making. This position collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure portfolio risks are identified, budgets are adhered to, and all initiatives remain on track in terms of scope, schedule, and cost.
Job Requirements
- Saudi National.
- 4-6 years of experience in Portfolio & Financial Management or Financial Analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting across projects/programs.
- Ability to track portfolio performance and support forecasting and planning activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Experience in financial reporting, dashboards, and maintaining accurate records in line with governance standards.
- Knowledge of financial risk, compliance, and governance requirements with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills in English & Arabic.
