Job Description


Prepare all required back up items needed on a shift, daily and weekly basis as per the Prep List. This would involve cooking, cutting and portioning of raw and pre-cooked meats and vegetables including sauces as per the Sumo standard recipes.
.Complies with standard recipe portion s and cooking methods to produce high quality Sumo menu items.
.Carry out work under the guidance of food safety requirements as well as reporting to the kitchen supervisor and faulty equipment, pest infestation and other existing work hazards.
.Maintains a clean and sanitary work station and good personal hygiene at all times.
.Refer to the prep list provided by the Kitchen Supervisor to prepare all necessary back up items which includes raw and pre-cooked meats, vegetables and sauces. This also involves ordering and receiving stock food items following the prescribed guidelines from Sumo International.
.Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
