Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Coiled Tubing operations and intervention programs.
- Lead job planning, engineering design, risk assessment, and execution support.
- Support operational development, process improvement, and technology deployment initiatives.
- Act as the technical focal point for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the development of technical talent.
- Support project start-ups, equipment readiness, and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of Coiled Tubing and Well Intervention experience.
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Engineer in Charge, Lead Engineer, or Senior Coiled Tubing Engineer.
- Strong background in intervention design, engineering support, and operational planning.
- Saudi Aramco experience is essential.
- Experience with HPHT wells and complex interventions is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Exposure to integrated well intervention projects.
- Experience supporting new technology deployment and operational expansion initiatives.
- Previous experience within major international oilfield service companies.
- Experience leading a team of Engineers
