This role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, performance management, strategic execution, and transformation initiatives across a complex operating environment.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Strong finance or business performance background
• Experience within mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry
• Expertise in KPI development, performance management, and reporting
• Strategic planning and organisational transformation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous consulting experience is advantageous
