Procurement Manager – MEP | Dubai

Talent Tide is hiring a Procurement Manager on behalf of our client, a leading MEP contracting company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for MEP projects, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely material procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance, control procurement costs, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of procurement experience within the MEP or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and local suppliers in the UAE.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
