Product Consultant — Enterprise Software Delivery (Junior

Start your enterprise software career on systems that some of Egypt's largest organizations use every working day — including live AI in production. As the hands-on delivery practitioner inside our Customer Success unit, you configure products, deliver training, run onboarding, close routine support requests, and give demos — working alongside senior practitioners who invest in your growth, with a real path to Senior CSM.

What you'll

• Configure products at the application layer through the GUI — routing rules, permissions, workflow
• Run onboarding sessions and deliver structured, role-calibrated training at client site
• Handle and close routine client requests — how-tos, configuration clarifications, best practice
• Escalate technical investigations cleanly, with the context the next team need
• Prepare demo environments and deliver product demos configured to the audience
• Build and maintain training assets — decks, quick-reference cards, walkthrough

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years in enterprise software delivery, implementation, application support, or technical client-facing work
• Personal experience configuring an enterprise application through its GU
• At least one training session delivered to client user
• JSON literacy and basic technical reading — API concepts, integration document
• Eagerness to learn alongside senior practitioners — craft over status
• Arabic–English professional fluency; Egypt-based with regular client visit
