We're hiring a Product Data Analyst to improve product growth through experimentation, analytics, retention, and monetization insights.
You'll help build a stronger analytics foundation while working closely with product leadership to improve decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Analyze A/B tests and product experiments
- Improve funnels, retention, and monetization analysis
- Build scalable dashboards and KPI reporting
- Improve event tracking, analytics standards, and data quality
- Reanalyze historical experiments to uncover missed insights
- Develop clearer revenue and monetization reporting
- Partner with product and design to improve UX and conversion through data
- Coach internal team members on analytics best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years in product analytics, growth analytics, or product data
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with A/B testing / experimentation
- Strong understanding of:
- Product funnels
- Retention & cohorts
- Monetization metrics
- Product KPIs
- Strong analytical thinking and communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with subscription or consumer apps
- Familiarity with paywalls and monetization optimization
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Looker, or similar tools
Compensation
- $45,000 USD/year
- $1,000 USD sign-on bonus
- Fully remote
