We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our team in Cairo. In this key role, you will bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and technical execution. You will own the product roadmap, drive product discovery, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iterative improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Prioritize features and create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with clear success metrics.
• Work hands-on with engineering teams during development sprints to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze product performance data (KPIs and user behavior) to make data-driven decisions.
• Act as the primary stakeholder for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful products from concept to delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
